Hello! I'm Sandesh Sachdev, as a Site Reliability Engineer, I am responsible for the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of the services (Storage) that we own.

Being in the industry, I have become familiarized with programming languages such as Python and web development frameworks like flask and angular, along with proficiency in various tools and platforms including Linux, Ansible, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, Cloud, Git & GitHub, and Threat Modeling.

    During my tenure as an intern, I actively engaged in a diverse range of responsibilities and acquired valuable skills in the fields of Threat Modeling, Python scripting with a focus on Regex, and gained a comprehensive understanding of Docker and Kubernetes. In addition, I successfully completed three fundamental certifications from Microsoft on Azure, specifically AZ-900, DP-900, and SC-900. Furthermore, I contributed to the company's product testing efforts, demonstrating my ability to ensure the quality and functionality of their offerings.

  5. Summer Intern,Eaton

    May, 2022 — July, 2022

    As a Cybersecurity Intern for a summer internship, I had the opportunity to test DevSecOps tools against a vulnerable OWASP web application angular project. I compared the source code scanning and third-party source code scanning using tools against Snyk. I also evaluated the SBOM and General Public license of the project. It was a challenging yet exciting experience as I was able to apply my knowledge in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security measures. Through this internship, I gained valuable experience in the field of cybersecurity and DevSecOps.

  6. Data Science Intern,Infocepts

    The objective of this internship project was to develop a model that accurately predicts the number of bike rentals on-demand for the Capital Bikeshare program in Washington, D.C. This report highlights the key methodologies, techniques, and tools used during the project.
